Surprisingly (or not), not everyone knows what's going on when knobs are turned,
switches are flipped, and signaling stalks are pushed, pulled, and
clicked.
OK... maybe you have to have a deeper curiosity to learn all about your
lighting system, but I'm just reporting what I've found while putting my car
through just about any imaginable configuration of knobs and switches.
